Stephen Vaughan works for CSC to support GIDEP with an emphasis on the evaluation and analysis pertaining to suspect/counterfeit parts and materials. He retired from Honeywell, FM&T with experience of seven years in support of Field Quality operations, which included Supplier Development, Source Inspection, and Quality Audits to ISO9001 / AS9100 standards, and eighteen years in Field Calibration and Maintenance.

He graduated with a B.S. degree in Information Systems from California Baptist University and he is a U.S. Coast Guard Veteran.
