Diana Clemmons is a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Management Program Analyst (MPA) assigned to the National Intellectual Property Rights Coordination Center (IPR Center) in Arlington, Virginia. Ms. Clemmons is a National Program Manager in the IPR Center's Intellectual Property Unit. In this capacity, Ms. Clemmons assists in coordination between HSI, DOD, and Industry on counterfeit parts that enter the DOD and/or government supply chains. Before her position at the IPR Center, Ms. Clemmons worked in several other HSI components, such as Indications & Warnings, Human Smuggling, and Trade Based Money Laundering (TBML). Prior to serving as an HSI Analyst, Ms. Clemmons was a proud U.S. Air Force Veteran.
