Speaker Biographies




Amy Turner (Homeland Security Investigations, IPR Center )

Amy Turner is a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Special Agent assigned to the National Intellectual Property Rights Coordination Center (IPR Center) in Arlington, Virginia. Ms. Turner is a National Program Manager in the IPR Center's Intellectual Property Unit. In this capacity, Ms. Turner manages a program established to combat the threat of counterfeit parts, and other forms of product substitution, infiltrating DoD and U.S. Government supply chains. Before her assignment to the IPR Center, Ms. Turner was stationed in HSI Cincinnati for five years where she conducted narcotics trafficking and child exploitation investigations. Ms. Turner was also assigned to HSI Newark for four years where she conducted narcotics trafficking investigations. Ms. Turner graduated with a Bachelors' degree in Criminal Justice from Ohio University.
