Anto Peter wins 'Best of Session Paper'
at IMAPS 2015 - Orlando, FL.

 
     

CALCE graduate student and PhD candidate Anto Peter was awarded the 'Best of Session Paper' in the session on 'Cost and Predictive Reliability' at the IMAPS 48th International Symposium on Microelectronics held in Orlando, FL. The paper, titled "Reliability of MnO2 and Conductive Polymer Tantalum Capacitors under Temperature Humidity Bias Testing," can be accessed here. He is advised by Dr. Michael Azarian and Prof. Michael Pecht.
