Edward Wyrwas, Since joining DfR Solutions in 2007, Ed Wyrwas has held a number of senior IT and technical positions from Director of IT and Information Systems Security Manager to Chief Information Officer, and most recently as a senior member of the technical staff.
His research includes characterizing transistor failure behavior over a range of technology nodes and IP blocks. Specialties include root cause analysis, semiconductor device failure mechanisms, computer automation, integrated circuit stress testing, failure analysis, materials characterization, software development, information assurance, and information security.
Ed has published and presented papers in numerous industry publications and technical conferences both domestically and internationally. He also holds a copyright in Fault Location in Series Compensated Transmission Lines.
