Jay is the Director Consulting, PCB Design and Manufacturing Services, for the Consulting Division at Mentor Graphics. Jay works with contract manufacturers and OEMs to improve efficiency and help define cost, quality and productivity improvement solutions in design quality, design to manufacturing, manufacturing engineering and production manufacturing. Having worked for Orbotech.for a short time, then for Valor Computerized systems for 18 rears before Valor was acquired by Mentor Graphics, he started out as an application engineer, ending his time with Valor as worldwide technical manager, responsible for all professional services, customer support and field engineering.
